Issue

Abstract: Islamic finance has spread widely and its products have developed rapidly including those related to investment. In this context absolute investment accounts was expected to contribute to raising the real investment, but reality is contrary to what is desired from this Islamic product. Therefore, the idea of research is to study causes of this paradox centered on the analysis of reservations both at the level of terminology and at the level of banking applications. Indeed financial statements of some Islamic banks show excesses in freedom to manage and mix money out of the controls stipulated in the legal standard of speculation. Consequently, the study showed the comparative advantage of the restricted accounts and shares compared to the unrestricted investment accounts for these considerations, which are applied in:
